Our mentorship program targets young professionals and FM students who work in all aspects of the Facility / Property Management industry in Hong Kong. With the great support from the esteemed industry leaders and aspired young leaders with diversified profiles as our mentors, we are now inviting applications from young professionals and students who aim to grow and become the next leaders to join as mentees. This programme is aimed to create a platform to nurture development of future leaders, to provide channels to cultivate meaningful industry relationships and inspiring collaborations, and to contribute to shape the future of FM profession.

Eligibility of mentee
- Students from FM related subjects and age 18 or above
- Young professionals from FM related industries age 18 to 35
- Reside in Hong Kong for the duration of the programme
- Must be a member of IFMA (Students / YP)
