Any IFMA member for a minimum of one year in good standing may submit their nomination. Self-nomination is acceptable. Nominator can submit more than one nomination for each category.
Yes, all projects within the Asia-Pacific Region (including East Asia, South Asia, Southeast Asia, and Oceania) can be nominated.
Yes, separated nomination form for each award will be required.
No, nominated projects must be roll-out projects with demonstrated result. The implementation date of the project must be before before 1 August 2024.
All projects can be nominated in the same category in different award years provided that the project period of proposed submission does not overlap with the project period of the last submission.
Submittal covers activities from 1 August 2024 to 31 October 2025.
Nominator may fill the nomination form online. The online nomination forms for each category are available on our event website and can be submitted directly through the platform. All submissions should be done by 31 October 2025, 23:59 p.m. Hong Kong Time.
Jurors will only judge the first 1,000 words of your written submission. Only texts will be reviewed.
Please make your submission in English so that international jurors can understand your submitted materials.
Yes, companies can jointly submit a project for the nomination. However, each project should only be nominated in each category once within the current award period.
To support your entry and help judges understand your project, you may attach a 16:9 presentation file in PDF format of maximum 10 slides with a file size less than 30MB to include (but not limited to) the following:
• High quality before-and-after photographs that are clearly captioned, explaining the image and the date the photograph was taken, to assist in explaining and demonstrating the project
• Plans and layouts to assist in explaining and demonstrating the project.
• Other evidence including media coverage, business endorsements, professional / industrial recognitions, partnership engagement or community feedback.
No, there is not any nomination fee.
No, the Jury Panel will make their judgments based solely on the submitted materials.
Awards result will be announced during IFMA’s Asia Pacific Award of Excellence Presentation Ceremony, which to be held on 7 May 2026.
The jury panel of IFMA's Asia Pacific Awards of Excellence is composed of Regional Director of IFMA Asian Advisory Board, Chairman of IFMA Communities, IFMA Foundation Trustee, Past Chair of IFMA Global Board of Directors, IFMA Certification Commission Member, IFMA ADP Head of FM, Past Presidents of IFMA Hong Kong Chapter each with at least 10 years of contribution to IFMA.
Yes, additional physical award will be available to winners upon request. Fee for additional physical award will be at HK$ 3,000/piece. Fee for additional certificate will be at HK$300/piece.
