Mr Alan SIU Yu Bun is currently the Chief Executive Officer of the Property Management Services Authority. He has served in the civil service for 36 years in various bureaux and departments, including the City and New Territories Administration, Transport Branch, Television and Entertainment Licensing Authority, Finance Branch, Information Technology and Broadcasting Bureau, Leisure and Cultural Services Department and Home Affairs Bureau. He was Deputy Secretary for Commerce and Economic Development (Communications and Technology) from 2007 to 2011 and Government Property Administrator until 2015. Before joining the PMSA, Mr SIU was Director of Administration and Development of the Department of Justice from 2015 to 2019. |

Ir C.S. HO is both a practicing engineer and a barrister. He holds degrees in Engineering (HKU), Law (Manchester Metropolitan University, UK), an MBA, a Postgraduate Diploma in Software Engineering, and the PCLL (HKU). Currently, he is General Manager of BEAM Society Ltd, Chairman of the Hong Kong Quality Assurance Agency, Director of the Hong Kong Green Building Council, Co‑Convener of UNESCO HK’s Green & Sustainable Finance Committee, and an Adjunct Associate Professor at HKU teaching engineering and law. Previously, Ir HO served as Chief Building Services Engineer at the Hong Kong Housing Authority, leading building services design for new public housing projects. He is familiar with the building industry and experienced in the whole building life cycle from new build construction to continuous operation and maintenance.
