Registration Fee

• Student: Free of charge (Fully sponsored by the IFMA Hong Kong Chapter)
• Young Professional: HK$100 per person

Capacity

Total: Approx. 100 pax 

• Students: Up to 20 students per institute

• Young Professionals: 10 spots (first come, first served, confirmed once payment is received)

Terms & Conditions

• Application Deadline: Registrations close on or before 16 October 2026.

• Registration Confirmation: Successful applicants will receive an official confirmation email prior to the event. If you do not receive a confirmation email by that time, your application is considered unsuccessful.

• Weather Cancellation Policy: The pre-booked group visit will be cancelled under the following weather conditions:

  • Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above is hoisted within 2 hours before the assembly time, or the Hong Kong Observatory has announced it will be hoisted within the coming 2 hours.

  • A Black Rainstorm Warning is issued.

  • If Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above is lowered after 7:00 am on the visit date, the visit will still be cancelled.
