
Karen is currently the Director (2025-2026) of the Chapter.
She has served the Board as the Director and Member of Professional Development Committee of the Chapter since 2023. She has almost 20 years of combined experiences in property, facility and asset management as well as leasing, tenant services and marketing.
Karen is currently in charge of the Centre Management Division of Harbour City to lead the Operation and Technical Departments and oversee over 5 million square feets of ultra luxury retail mall and Grade A office complexes.
During her nearly 10 years’ tenure in Hongkong Land, Karen was the Assistant General Manger, Building Operations to lead property, facility and tenancy management functions for a total of 2.2 million square feets of Grade A commercial developments in Central CBD. Prior to joining Hongkong Land, she had a decade of experience with a property investment fund with main focus on the asset management for the fund’s investment properties in Macau and Zhuhai and CBRE to manage a mixed portfolio of high-end residentials, serviced apartments, serviced offices, commercial complexes and warehouses in Hong Kong.
Karen obtained her Bachelor degree in Surveying and Geo-informatics from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University and later pursued her study in Housing Management from HKU School of Professional and Continuing Education. She is a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Housing and a Registered Professional Housing Manager.
