Frankie Leung is currently the Senior Property Manager of Hongkong Land responsible for the property management and building operations of Exchange Square Complex and Jardine House in Central. From 2024 to 2025, Frankie was the key representative of Property Management team taking part in the takeover and handover of the newly completed commercial project ‘One Causeway Bay’, which involved multiple stakeholders, especially during the critical transaction execution with Alibaba and Ant Group.
He is a seasoned property and facilities management executive with over two decades of experience in managing Grade-A office complexes, major shopping malls and large-scale residential estates. Prior to his current role, Frankie worked for several major property service providers, including Hong Yip, Sino Property Services, Citybase and Harbour City, building his expertise from the ground up with experience across the full spectrum of property types.
Frankie holds a Bachelor of Social Sciences (Honours) in China Studies (Major in Economics) from Hong Kong Baptist University and a Master of Housing Management from The University of Hong Kong. He is a licensed Property Management Practitioner (Tier 1) under Property Management Services Authority (PMSA), a Registered Professional Housing Manager, a Member of The Hong Kong Institute of Housing, Chartered Member of Chartered Institute of Housing Asian Pacific Branch and a Member of Institute of Shopping Centre Management.
