Ruby is an accomplished professional in the facility management industry with extensive experience in key account development, property and facility management, and strategic planning. Currently serving as Head of Key Account Development at ISS Facility Services Limited, Ruby leads initiatives that strengthen client partnerships and drive business transformation through integrated service solutions.
With a career spanning over a decade, Ruby has successfully transitioned from property and facility management to business development, demonstrating expertise in customer engagement, stakeholder management, and operational excellence. She has spearheaded major global and local key accounts, including global banking institutions and leading financial corporations, Grade-A real estate developers, and renowned public institutions.
Ruby holds a Master of Arts in Housing Studies from City University of Hong Kong. She is a licensed Property Management Practitioner (Tier 1) under Property Management Services Authority (PMSA), and a Chartered Member of Chartered Institute of Housing Asian Pacific Branch. Being a Certified ESG Planner CEP®, her focus is on advancing the standards of facility management and fostering long-term partnerships that create value for clients and communities across a wide range of industries and sectors.
