CONFERENCE UPDATE

Registrations are coming in thick and fast for this month's jointly organised conference, to be held on 24 th November. The dedicated conference website is now up and running and you can visit this site to register. Either visit www.ifma.org.hk and click on the pop-up or go direct to http://www.fmc2004.com.hk/index.htm

On the events front, our site visit to 3 Pacific Place was fully booked last month and we expect similar numbers to be interested in our forthcoming events which include visits to One Peking Road and December's Chapter Christmas BBQ. Further details are included in this Briefing.

Last month, we also held the second of our Breakfast Seminars. Tony Wong, Vice President and Regional Manager, Workplace Services, at JPMorgan Chase, shared his views on managing change and diversity, His talk gave attendees an interesting and different perspective on the issue.

This issue also contains some details on IFMA's new designation - FMP - Facility Management Professional, as well as an article prepared by one of our conference speakers, Ms Santa Raymond.

Finally, a reminder to register for our conference (sorry - you have now missed the Early Bird registration discount!). The Board Directors of IFMA Hong Kong and HKIFM look forward to seeing you at our conference.

Brian Crockford, Vice President
