CALL FOR VOLUNTEERS
We
are approaching the end of the
year for the Chapter's Board.
As ever, we are looking for
enthusiastic volunteers to join
one of our committees which
will be set up this year as
part of a re-organisation of
the Chapter.
The
committees will be small, focused
teams reporting directly to
a Board Director. Positions
exist on our professional development,
communications, membership and
councils committee. If you are
interested in making a difference
and helping direct the Chapter,
please let me know.
The
Annual General Meeting of the
Chapter will take place on 16th
June. Details of this event
will be circulated shortly.
We
are planning another breakfast
seminar this month and details
will be circulated shortly.
This month also sees an exciting
conference taking place in Shanghai.
The days conference, Strategic
Facility Management in China,
is organized by our friends
at HKIFM, and supported by this
Chapter. Matt Dawson, IFMA's
current Chair will be amongst
the speakers and it may well
be worth your while considering
making the short hop up to Shanghai
for the day.
