Lunch talk:
Truly effective inter-personal communication is key to building close and influential relationships with external and internal clients. Unfortunately, many people spend far too long agonizing over what to write or say because they do not have a well-established procedure for preparation.

The aim of this talk is to present a simple and powerful template for structuring ideas for maximum impact and clarity. By the end of this talk, you will know how to establish a clear objective for any communication and how to structure a message that is clear, concise, focused, and persuasive. You will also learn how to make even a 'boring' topic interesting and how to re-structure a presentation to react to a sudden time constraint.

Andrew Cassim is a strongly business-oriented training professional with 20 years of experience combining experiential training and development, business management, and strategic IT consulting experience in the Asian and European finance industry.
