Facility Operations Manager is a challenging position commanding a competitive remuneration package, career structure and access to continuous professional development and advancement opportunities.
Preferably a graduate in a facility, property or construction related discipline and member of a relevant professional organisation (IFMA, HKIFM, BIFM, HKIS, RICS, MCIH, MHKIH, etc.) with approximately 10 years experience in Facility Management or Property Management, 5 at managerial level. The successful candidate would have excellent interpersonal and communication skills in Chinese & English, be self motivated and analytical.
The Facility Operations Manager would be responsible for:
1. Managing operations of a variety of FM projects throughout Hong Kong to client expectations.
2. Setting up standard procedures & ensuring team compliance.
3. Managing client relationships.
4. Working with the Head of FM to develop business opportunities.
Candidates with less experience may be considered for the post of Facility Manager.
