Abstract :

By 2030 the nature of work and indeed the nature of business will dramatically change. Artificial intelligence, new business models, changing worker attitudes, new technologies and the digitised sharing economy will reshape work and the places where we work. More than 50% of today’s jobs will not exist in 2030!

What will this mean for Facilities Management? How will the FM industry need to respond to these changes and what can you do now to prepare?

Key takeaways:
• What will workplaces look like?
• What will be the changing demands on how we manage them?
• And … will I have a job in 2030?
