Jenny Yeung, CFM, CFMJ

Vice President, Hong Kong Chapter of IFMA

Jenny was elected to the position of Vice President of the Hong Kong Chapter of IFMA in 2009/2010 and Hon. Secretary in 2008/2009.

Previously, Jenny has participated in the Professional Development Committee in 2007.

As a Board Director she took responsibility for membership since 2008. In this role she has both grown the membership and promoting facility management credentials to education institutions, working in collaboration with IFMA head quarter to develop IFMA’s “Recognized Degree Program” in the region.

Currently Jenny is the Senior Facilities Manager with Jones Lang LaSalle Limited seconded to JPMorgan Chase Bank to manage the Bank's portfolio in Hong Kong. Prior to that, she was assigned to Citibank as account manager to oversee the entire Hong Kong portfolio. Before relocating to banking environment, she held property and facility management role with major developers for 17 years.

In addition to board range of facility management functions, Jenny had been striving for process improvement and maintaining sustainable management practices in the corporation. For perennial improvements, she helped form a Green Committee for Citi Hong Kong and orchestrated support teams to advocate eco-friendly business operations. Her tireless efforts were rewarded by winning the Environmental Performance Award of RFP Outstanding Individuals in Industry Awards 2009. Being an active member of Environmental Group in JPMorgan, Jenny has introduced innovative “Go Green” initiatives to reduce environmental footprint and called attention to global warming and excessive energy consumption.
