Graham Tier

President Elect, Hong Kong Chapter of IFMA

Graham Tier is the President Elect of the Hong Kong Chapter of IFMA.

In June 2007 Graham was elected to the position of Vice President. During this period he was responsible for developing the FM training modules in Hong Kong.

He has also Chaired the Conference Committee 07/08 to organise the IFMA Maintenance Management Conference and Integrate 2008 - Facility Management Conference. He joined the Board of IFMA in June 2006 as Director of Professional Development.

Graham has studied at various intuitions in Australia gaining qualifications in Mechanical Engineering, Operations Management and Construction management.

Graham is now working with The Hong Kong Jockey Club, a non-profit, charitable organisation in Hong Kong, which has a total annual revenue of  HK$100 billion. His responsibilities include managing all matters relating to the Operations and Maintenance of racing and non-racing facilities. The facilities are made up of approximately 9 million square feet of residential, commercial and recreational facilities.

Graham has worked for many leading international companies such as British American Tobacco, Johnson & Johnson, McPherson's, Amcor and shares a network with many Blue chip organisations internationally. He is a regular speaker on best practice techniques and facilities issues with the various Hong Kong institutions.
