Bella Chan

Hon. Treasurer, Hong Kong Chapter of IFMA

Bella Chan was elected to the position of Hon. Treasurer, Hong Kong Chapter of IFMA since June 2008.

In June 2006 she was elected to the position of Director of Membership and held this position for two years. She was the chairlady for integrate2006, the annual conference held in October of that year.

Bella Chan has been active in the properties and facilities management field since 1996

Currently Bella is the Facilities Manager with Jones Lang LaSalle Limited seconded to the Royal Bank of Scotland plc to manage the Bank's portfolio in Hong Kong.

Before moving onto the banking environment, she was the Customer Services Manager with PCPD Facilities Management Ltd., a subsidiary company of PCCW, which is tasked to manage the property portfolio of PCCW – around 5.5m sqft.
