Bella Chan, BSc

Hon. Treasurer, Hong Kong Chapter of IFMA

Bella Chan was elected to the position of Hon. Treasurer of the Hong Kong Chapter of IFMA in June 2008.

In her role as Hon. Treasurer, Bella is responsible for managing and controlling the Chapter funds and to ensure the overall fiscal health of the Chapter.

In June 2006 she was elected to the position of Director of Membership and held this position for two years. She has also Chaired the Integrate 2006 committee to organise the Chapter’s annual conference.

Bella Chan has been active in the property and facilities management field since 1996. Currently Bella is the Customer Services Manager with PCPD Facilities Management Ltd., a subsidiary company of PCCW, which is tasked with managing the organisations 5.5m sq.ft. property portfolio.

Bella’s role is the provision of support services to the major client-facing functions of PCPD Facilities Management Ltd. which are operational services, project services and corporate services. The support functions include cleaning services, pest control, consumables supply, security guarding services, staff canteen catering and customer services.
