Director of Sponsorship, Hong Kong Chapter of IFMA

Andy Crawford joined the Board of IFMA (Hong Kong Chapter) in 2010 and is the Director responsible for Corporate Sponsorship.

Andy is a Partner of EC Harris, an international built asset consultancy, and as a Chartered Building Surveyor, Project Manager and Facility Manager has nearly 25 years of experience in Corporate Real Estate. Andy has led, managed and delivered numerous accounts for international Clients such as Pfizer, L'Oreal, Visa, Symantec, Madame Tussauds, Tesco and First Data Corporation.

His role before moving to Asia was the Chief Operating Officer and Client Director for an EC Harris joint venture delivering integrated Facility Management, Project Management and Transaction Management services to CRE clients across Europe, Middle East and Africa.

As the regional Head of Service for Asset Performance & Facilities Management, Andy is responsible for the service lines of TFM, FM Consultancy, FM Engineering, Building Surveying, Environment/Sustainability and Health & Safety. This role specifically focuses on resource, capability, business development and service quality.
