  Our client is a top tier investment bank with a growing presence across Asia Pacific. Covering a portfolio of approx 750,000 sqft across 13 countries, they now require a Regional Engineering Manager to head up FM operations.  
  You will provide operational, technical and strategic oversight to the critical infrastructure and their environments within the portfolio. You will also support property and project management while ensuring the integrity and reliability of the bank’s critical operations are not compromised. Your key focus will be to ensure that all critical systems are running uninterrupted; you will be organising and ensuring that regular maintenance is carried out. Managing various systems tests, capital projects and outsourced vendors, you will ensure that all systems are healthy with redundancies built-in.

  Technically, you will deliver maintenance and project services covering:
  -UPS, HV & LV distribution
  -BMS and Controls
  -OH&S and regulatory compliance
  -Environmental sustainability
  

  Financially, you will you have full P & L responsibilities across your portfolio, managing financial reporting, procurement of services including contractor management and budgetary forecasting.
  
  The successful applicant will be well established in Hong Kong with previous experience managing a portfolio of assets. Mechanical or Electrical Engineering qualifications with an exposure to Building Services or Facilities Management is essential. Data centre operations a must, however will also consider candidates without prior banking experience. Strong English communication and negotiations skills coupled with a developed business acumen will be highly regarded.
