  Our client is a leading global provider of integrated facilities and property management services. They currently manage a portfolio of 4 x A-Grade Commercial buildings at this landmark, state of the art development.
  You will be responsible for the delivery of comprehensive services by leading large teams of onsite personnel of different service disciplines, managing and overseeing different operations, which include:

  • Property/Facility Management
  • Security
  • Cleaning, Hygiene, Pest Control, Environmental
  • Technical and Engineering
  • Events Management / Sales and Promotion
  • Customer Services
  • Tenancy Management
  • Lease Negotiation
  • Lease Management
  • Fostering of Landlord and Tenant Relationship
  • Customer Relationship Management
  • Liaison to ensure compliance with Government Department/Institutional regulations;
  • Hospitality services

  You will perform a leadership role overseeing different on-site teams and providing overall policy directions, in particular to the following:

  • Strategy and Tactics
  • Continual Work Improvement Cycles
  • Environmental Initiatives
  • Operational Health and Safety
  • Customer Relationship Management with Client and end-users

  To be considered for this role you must have at least 10 years general property management experience. You must have managed a large, multi-disciplined team and be a confident communicator in both English and Cantonese.
