  Our client is a leading investment bank with operations globally. They are seeking a Branch Manager to head up the Corporate Real Estate Services team within their Shanghai office who provide a world class working environment to their employees.
  You will oversee building engineering and operations, space management, system maintenance (HVAC, UPS, generators, fire services, access control, fire services), business continuity planning (BCP) and construction/project management.  You will also over the management of soft services including reception, mail services, printing, housekeeping, air travel and catering.  You will lead a large outsourced team, providing leadership, strategic direction and prioritize initiatives based on client services, cost control, project planning and resource management. You will develop financial business plans, budgets and project schedules. You will also be responsible for  vendor management including procuring/tendering of services.

  This is a Director or VP level role. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 10 years pertinent business experience with a proven track record in property services, either in-house or through a consultancy. You will be a self starter who is comfortable working in an environment far from regional or headquarters support.  Strong English and Mandarin language skills are required.
