  Our client is a leading investment bank with an extensive property portfolio across the Asia Pacific region. They are seeking a regional head of Engineering to provide oversight and management of all critical systems, M&E Project management activities and operational Facilities Management.
  Being the key interface between the IT/technology and Real Estate business, you will ensure appropriate support of technology initiatives for the trading floor and data centres. Reporting to the head of Corporate Real Estate your remit will include management of Capital Budgets, negotiation of service contracts and oversight of vendor relationships, and driving energy savings initiatives. You will also offer guidance for M&E related design and construction of new office space in the region.
  To be considered for this role you must have a minimum of 10 years experience managing building services engineering in a corporate environment – ideally within a banking environment ion a regional capacity. You will have a good understanding of navigating complex corporate structures and identifying key stakeholders.
