全日制大学本科以上学历，工科专业，35－45岁，8年以上相关管理工作经
验，有5万平米以上楼盘或写字楼、厂房项目管理经历；具有较强的资源运
用能力和组织、计划与执行、控制、指导、沟通的能力，具有较强的综合事
务处理能力。

The candidate for this position is required to pass the interview conducted by the client which will be held in 25-26 Feb 2010. The job starts in April and the location of the job is in Shenzhen Bantian district (about 30 min traveling from Shenzhen Luohu). The offer will be above RMB 300,000 per annum (before tax) and will depend on the qualification and experience of the candidate.
