Shift Engineer

Reporting to Deputy Chief Engineer and based at a leading multinational bank in HK, this role will be responsible to provide comprehensive engineering, critical environment management and technical services to the client with a focus on continuous improvement.

• Responsible for all Facility Engineering within the Bank, especially from an Operational basis.
• Responsible to implement and execute the Banks CEM Policies.
• Operate the Bank’s facilities in line with current best practices, with aim of reducing / eliminating unplanned downtime.
• Manage contractors to ensure planned Preventive Maintenance had been carried out in accordance to specification, local codes, safe practices and completion schedule.

• Degree / Diploma in Building, Mechanical, Electrical or Facilities Management with minimum of 3 years experience.
• Knowledge of Computer Room Air-conditioning (CRAC), Chiller System, Fire Protection System, Electrical System, Security System and BMS System.
• Knowledge of Occupational Safety requirements.
• Strong PC literacy and proven ability to manage daily activities using various systems
• Candidate with LEW  / FSM qualification will be preferred.
• Candidates with experience in data centers and disaster recovery sites will have an added advantage.
• Prepared to perform shift / standby duty and work on weekends.
