We are now seeking key individual to be part of our expanding business in Hong Kong.

Senior Facility Manager (Ref: FL-702-70) 

 Job Role:
To deliver facilities management and operations services at buildings include mission-critical systems (as appropriate) covering management, operation, planned maintenance and repair of building systems, facility services and emergency call out procedures that ensure an efficient, safe and cost effective facility meeting the required objectives of clients.

Job duties:

  • Accountable for the strategic and operational FM delivery in terms of excellent delivery and performance and achieving minimum constructive criticisms
  • To manage resources effectively
  • To ensure the operations are in line with company policies and the client’s requirements
  • To plan and monitor the operation and maintenance of building services, systems and equipment
  • To ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of the planned maintenance and reactive maintenance & repair works
  • To deliver continuous operations improvement in facilities direction and management processes.
  • To deliver services demonstrating value for money
  • To assure team adherence to incident management, escalation and notification procedure and delivery prompt problem resolution
  • To manage maintenance/service contracts and monitor contractor’s performance
  • To ensure the compliance of SLAs
  • To supervise regional team of different professions as to provide good services to clients through staff motivation, efficient work flow set up, clear work role identification and good manpower planning

Job Requirements:

  • Degree or above in Facility Management/ Engineering or related disciplines
  • Minimum 8 years relevant working experiences
  • Good understanding on M&E engineering knowledge
  • Member of Professional Association preferable
  • Excellent communications, both verbal and written in Chinese & English
  • Strong leadership skills and proven experience to a sizeable team of building and technical staff
  • Client relationship management skills
